Maiju assists our clients particularly in inheritance and family law assignments, in which she has experience from hundreds of cases.

Maiju assists our clients in matters concerning a child’s residence, custody, right of access and maintenance. Maiju also has extensive experience in assisting in administrative courts in matters related to child welfare (including, among other things, taking a child into care).

Maiju’s special expertise also includes family and inheritance law matters relating to property, for example contesting a will, disputed estate distributions, and separation/divorce.

Maiju prepares various documents for her clients, such as estate inventory deeds, estate distribution agreements, marital property settlement agreements, continuing powers of attorney and wills.

Maiju acts as an estate administrator and estate distributor appointed by the district court. In addition, Maiju acts as a substitute guardian for a child in criminal cases and petition matters.

Before joining our law firm, Maiju worked for almost eleven years on criminal and civil law assignments at Asianajotoimisto Jurentia Oy.
