Consumer good/service

Legal services. Fees for legal services are charged in accordance with the price list of Asianajotoimisto Niemi & Puhakka Oy. Billing is based on each commenced 15-minute period / action taken. Any expenses incurred in handling the assignment are invoiced separately in accordance with actual costs incurred.

Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract by notifying Asianajotoimisto Niemi & Puhakka Oy using the withdrawal form or otherwise in writing no later than 14 days after entering into the assignment agreement. The client may also terminate the assignment at any time after the statutory withdrawal period under the Consumer Protection Act by notifying Asianajotoimisto Niemi & Puhakka Oy.

Asianajotoimisto Niemi & Puhakka Oy will commence handling the assignment 14 days after the assignment agreement has entered into force, unless the parties have agreed that the assignment may be commenced before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period. If the parties have agreed that Asianajotoimisto Niemi & Puhakka Oy may commence handling the assignment during the withdrawal period, and the consumer withdraws during that period, the consumer is obliged to pay Asianajotoimisto Niemi & Puhakka Oy reasonable compensation for the services provided up to that point in accordance with the firm’s price list.

Asianajotoimisto Niemi & Puhakka Oy and its attorneys are members of the Finnish Bar Association. The Finnish Bar Association supervises the activities of attorneys-at-law.
