Kaarle assists our clients particularly in criminal law and damages-related assignments, in which he has experience from hundreds of cases. Kaarle acts both as defence counsel and as counsel for victims, and has successfully represented his clients, including in several cases that have received extensive media attention. Kaarle represents his clients during the pre-trial investigation and in court, including in cases involving aggravated narcotics offences, violence and homicide offences, sexual offences and financial crime cases.

In addition, Kaarle has extensive expertise in real estate and housing transaction disputes, housing company matters, disputes related to termination of employment, matters relating to debt collection, as well as assisting in legal issues related to cohabitation and divorce.

Before founding his own firm together with Mikko, Kaarle represented his clients for more than eight years in criminal and civil law assignments at Asianajotoimisto Jurentia Oy. Prior to this, Kaarle represented his clients in civil law matters for more than seven years at Lindorff Oy (now Lowell Oy), a company specializing in credit management and debt collection.

Kaarle completed his judicial training at the District Court of Oulu and has been awarded the honorary title of Master of Laws with Court Training. Kaarle is also listed in the mediator register maintained by the Mediation Committee of the Finnish Bar Association.
