Our assignments are billed on an hourly basis.
The initial contact by phone or remote meeting is free of charge.* Feel free to get in touch so that we can assess your need for legal assistance together and your possibilities for having the costs of legal assistance covered by external means (legal expenses insurance, legal aid, etc.).

Legal expenses insurance
Private home insurance policies and business insurance policies most often include legal expenses insurance, which covers the costs of legal assistance.
If you wish, we will check the scope of your legal expenses insurance on your behalf and submit the necessary notifications to your insurance company.
Legal aid
Depending on your financial situation, you may be entitled to legal aid funded by the state, either with or without a deductible.
Legal aid may also be granted for obtaining a private counsel.
In connection with the free initial contact, we can make a preliminary assessment of your eligibility for legal aid.
Free legal counsel for victims of crime
If you have been the victim of a sexual offence, serious violence, or domestic violence, the court may appoint you a free legal counsel for the pre-trial investigation and court proceedings. In this case, the state pays the counsel’s fee.
We will submit the necessary applications to the court on your behalf.
