Legal services.

Legal services are charged in accordance with the price list of Asianajotoimisto Niemi & Puhakka Oy. Billing is based on each commenced 15-minute period and each action performed.

Any expenses incurred in connection with handling the assignment will be charged separately based on the actual costs incurred.

Right of Withdrawal

A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance selling agreement by notifying Asianajotoimisto Niemi & Puhakka Oy using the withdrawal form or otherwise in writing no later than 14 days after entering into the engagement agreement.

After the statutory withdrawal period under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act has expired, the client may also terminate the engagement at any time by notifying Asianajotoimisto Niemi & Puhakka Oy.

Asianajotoimisto Niemi & Puhakka Oy will commence handling the assignment 14 days after the engagement agreement enters into force, unless the parties have agreed that work on the assignment may begin before the end of the aforementioned 14-day withdrawal period.

If the parties to the engagement agreement have agreed that Asianajotoimisto Niemi & Puhakka Oy may begin handling the assignment during the withdrawal period, and the consumer withdraws from the agreement during that period, the consumer is required to pay Asianajotoimisto Niemi & Puhakka Oy reasonable compensation for the services provided up to the time of withdrawal, in accordance with the price list of Asianajotoimisto Niemi & Puhakka Oy.

Asianajotoimisto Niemi & Puhakka Oy and its attorneys-at-law are members of the Finnish Bar Association. The Finnish Bar Association supervises the professional activities of attorneys-at-law.
